Alex is a dedicated lawyer in our M&A practice group, specialising in corporate law. Having a legal and economic background, he completed a Master's degree in Private Law: Commercial Property Law at Utrecht University and a minor in Tax Law at VU Amsterdam. Alex is known for his professional attitude and goal-oriented approach, resulting in efficient and effective solutions for clients.
Alex is also a member of our Japan desk. With his half-Japanese background, Alex is familiar with Japanese business culture and is able to effectively assist Japanese clients based in both the Netherlands and Japan.
