Ashley is a member of the Liability Law practice group in the Amsterdam office. Ashley made an early and deliberate choice to study Liability Law, taking the Master's degree in Liability and Insurance at Erasmus University Rotterdam. This is a specialist educational programme that has a selection procedure.
Clients see her passion for liability law reflected in her inspired way of working, with Ashley's cases dealing primarily with property damage. These issues are often about household contents, buildings and other material damage, such as fire damage and latent defects. A second focus of Ashley's practice is on disciplinary proceedings - inherent to professional liability - and, where appropriate, Ashley offers assistance in personal injury cases. Ashley's practice is varied, yet has its own profile within the practice group. Invariably, the common denominator is liability/disciplinary liability and damage.
