Charlotte Loomans is a member of the Corporate Law practice group in the Amsterdam office. Charlotte advises on a variety of corporate matters and commercial contracts. She laid the right foundation for this by completing her Master's degree in Commercial Legal Practice at the University of Amsterdam. In addition, Charlotte has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions.
