Eva is a dedicated lawyer within the IP, IT, Media and Privacy Law practice group and also works within the International Law practice group. Before joining Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten in Amsterdam, she completed several traineeships at various law firms and completed the pre-Master's and Master's degree programmes in Commercial Legal Practice: Contract and Liability Law, both at Tilburg University. Prior to that, she studied Law at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
Eva has a particular fondness for cross-border creative and technical issues and follows digital developments in the law with great interest. Whether dealing with complex contractual disputes, liability issues or international legal issues, Eva gets to grips with things in order to get the best results for her clients.
Conducting civil proceedings, drafting procedural documents, case law research, research into models and trademark registrations, attending DPIAs, drafting (commercial) contracts, writing letters of advice and formal notice, etc.
