Jacques de Wit is associate partner who works at the Amsterdam office, specialising in litigation. He assists companies at board level, negotiates and mediates on disputes in property-related matters (hotels, office accommodation, shops) and disputes between shareholders, companies and partners. He litigates in provisional relief proceedings, using prejudgment attachments if necessary, before the District Court, before the Court of Appeal or in arbitration.
