Lianne van der Werf works within the Insolvency Law and Corporate Law practice groups at the Utrecht office. Her work includes supporting trustees in the settlement of bankruptcies and in regularity investigations. She also advises and litigates on various related matters and corporate law issues.
Lianne grew up in the province of Friesland and studied at the University of Groningen, where she completed the court career Master's degree programme in Dutch Law and specialised in corporate, private and criminal law. She joined Van Diepen Van der Kroef in late 2020.
