Marlotte van Doorn works within the Corporate Law and Insolvency Law practice groups at the Utrecht office. Her work consists of advising and litigating on various corporate law issues, with a focus on commercial contracts. She also gets involved in the settlement of bankruptcies where her direct colleagues have been appointed as trustees.

Marlotte was born and raised in Utrecht. At Utrecht University, she completed a Master's degree programme in Private Law, specialising in commercial property law. During her studies, Marlotte completed several internships in the legal profession. Before starting as a lawyer, Marlotte worked for more than seven years as a clerk at the Central Netherlands District Court, where she gained extensive litigation experience and wrote judgments.
